You keep ownership of the content you upload. By using the App, you give Sunday permission to host, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service. You may only upload or process content that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to use. If you choose to publish content through the App, that content may be publicly available, and you grant others permission to access and view it.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the App in ways that break the law, infringe others' rights, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

5. Service Changes and Availability

Sunday may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The App is provided "as is" and may be unavailable from time to time.

6. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time. Access may be suspended or ended if these Terms are violated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sunday is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. AI Features and Output

Sunday may use AI to generate suggestions, summaries, clips, or other output. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading and is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI output before relying on it, sharing it, or publishing it. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sunday disclaims liability for decisions, losses, or damages resulting from AI-generated output.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
